I've had the Husky 37-inch rolling toolbox for about two years now, and honestly, there's not much to complain about. It's big, tough, holds a ton of tools, and has handled the abuse you'd expect from a job-site storage box.
We loved using it. It's one of those products that's pretty simple. Throw your tools in it, roll it where you need it, and don't worry too much about it.
It's Tough
The biggest thing the Husky has going for it is durability. After two years of use, the actual box has held up really well. For something designed to get thrown around, loaded with tools, moved between jobs, and generally not treated particularly gently, that's exactly what I want.
The 50-gallon capacity is also plenty useful. You can fit a surprising amount of equipment inside without moving up to some massive storage chest that's difficult to transport.
The Latches Are the Weak Point
If there's one area I'd watch, it's the latches. The box itself feels like it can take a beating, but the latches don't inspire quite the same confidence.
After using ours long-term, that's easily the part I'd expect to fail first. It's a little frustrating because the rest of the toolbox is so tough. When you build something specifically for job-site abuse, the latches need to be able to handle that same abuse.
Would I Buy It Again?
Yeah, I would.
After two years, it's proven itself to be a tough and genuinely useful storage box. It holds a ton of tools, the wheels make moving everything around much easier, and the main box itself has held up great.
My only real concern is the latches. If something eventually kills this toolbox, that's where I'd put my money.
Otherwise, we've loved it. For a big rolling toolbox that can take some abuse and carry a lot of gear, the Husky has been a solid buy.
